Today is the first work day after Chinese New Year of the Horse. I would say it is such a busy day. Leaders of our office said a happy new year to all of us this morning and then we had a meeting with the president of Jinji Lake Marathon Sponsor this morning. We also had another two meetings to discuss recent work in the afternoon.

Suzhou International Toursim Festival of China will be key work in the next three months, which will be hold the openning ceremony on the evening of April 11th and will be lasted for over twenty days. We have to do a lot of work beforehand. For example, we should find one company to help us design openning ceremony which should be impressive and attractive for most of audiences and make good promotion plan to attact more tourists from other cities to attend our Tourism Festival. What's more, we have to prepare one leisure tourism exhibition in Nanjing in March and have to make promotion plan in some international markets, including Amercia, Germany, England, Southeast Asia and Taiwan. However, we only have five people to do all of work within limited budget and we can't get extra employees either. You can't image how busy we are in the next three months.

It is alway difficult for us to work in local government of China Nowadays. Local government would rather not invest much money into Tourism Festival because of the finance budget, but they always ask us to do much work to guarantee Tourism Festival should be more amazing than ever. Futhermore, they ask us to collect finance as much as possible from market. As we know, the economy development is not good in China, especially for tourism companies such as hotels, travel agencies and scenic spots. What will you do if you were I? Could you give some good advice for me?
