What common ways can you think of to commit interview suicide?

I think at first we should give good impression at interview. At first i think we should arrive on time/ I think it's impolite to arrive later. Secondly, i think we should respect interviewer and keep eyes contact with him or her and also we should answer the question really well. I think if we answer the question awfully i think we would commit interview suicide. We should dress formally, for example the man should wear suit and last one i think we should answer every question smiling and politely and also we should show our professional and experience to interviewer.
