Changyinsha Farm is located at the riverside of Yangtze, Zhangjiagang. It had been a working and living place for many young people who came from cities in 1960s or 1970s. At that time, national government encouraged young people in the cities to go to countrysides to receive education and training again. Many young people really did follow these policies. Even though living condition was very harsh, they were happy to face everything around them. Many years later, when they came back to cities and visited here again, they had good memories.

Changyinsha Farm was rebuilt according to layout and function which was original from that period, including dining room, studying room, kitchen and so on. When you enter the farm, you would embody yourselves in the featured environment. All of these maybe give you some feelings of that period, but time changed and everything is different. Moreover, you can get to know many different plants and experience some farm activities, or have a weekends' holiday here.
