What social problems exist in big cities?
Pollution, incresing gap bewteen the rich and the poor/inequality, high cost of living, traffic jam, high pressure, finanical crisis, jobless/unemployment, gun crime, public safe, bird flu, panic scare
Describe a social problem in your country. Talk about the reasons for this problem.
One of my country's social problems is high house prices. Even though our national government made strict policies to cool down the house prices in the big and second or second-tie level cities, most of local governments would like to get high auction fees from the house lands. Inflation is high. More and more young people in the countrysides would like to move, work and live in the big cities. So the house-buy power is very strong. The house prices can't be down quickly.
Which of the problems discussed is the most serious? Why?
