How did your last perfomance review go? We have to make performance reviews every year according to the regulation and rule of our company. The human resource of our company asks us to make performance reviews before the end of every year. Firstly, they asked to hand in paper resource of our performance reviews to them, and then senior leaders get together and discuss our paper resource and mark everyone best, good and bad.

what are some goals that people want to chieve during their careers? Get promoted, get a pay rise, achieve bonuses, become a manager, to be satisfied, reach potential, recognition, better quality, fun, make friends, be happy, but I think some of people want to work in leisure environment with high salary, get along with co-workers, want to have more chance to educate in other country, need a suitable stage to performance himself better.
