Frankfurt was almost destroyed during the world war two, so there are no more traditional attractions such as relic, church and old town. We walked a lot to experience some main streets in the city yesterday and we think we have enough time to see other interesting attractions in the outskirts. We asked the staff of tourist information center to give some advice to us. They suggested we should go t o one small village named Hochst. We followed their advice and bought one adult Frankfurt Card, which we can take trains unlimited and get some discounts in the shopping and attractions.

We arrive at Hochst station from main station of Frankfurt 20 minutes later. It is really a small old town, which is also situated at the riverside of Main. We can see the old wall around Main River. Some main streets have preserved very well including style and color of the buildings. It is so quiet because few tourists would like to visit here. I think most of the tourists don’t know here at all. We are so luck that we can come here. Even though most of local people can’t speak English, it doesn’t affect on our happy journey. It is so nice that we have a break on the town wall. We find a wonderful local restaurant in the street. Even though it is small, it is cozy and has rich dishes. We have a great lunch and then we come back to the center of Frankfurt. We also see some relics around Romerberg such as Frankfurt church, historical museum and city hall.

这里非常宁静，很少有游客过来，大多数人都不会英语，但这并不妨碍我们愉快的旅行，美茵河畔的古城墙依然古老坚固

这里的鲜花、盘景特色的市场交易已有300多年，虽说不是市场交易的日子，但街旁的鲜花依然很多

 在Hochst小镇吃完中餐后，再次乘火车来到了法兰克福Romer（罗马）广场，由于第二次世界大战，法兰克福古城遗迹所剩无几，Romerberg是古迹比较集中区域

内部还是非常奢华，尤其是壁画更是金壁辉煌

美茵河畔的历史博物馆（个人感觉收费不合理，4欧元/人），里面基本没有什么文物和历史的东西，但并不影响其能够成为游客参观的障碍，其建筑本身还是很有特色的
