旅游节是成熟旅游目的地重要的展示平台和形象载体，贴近市场与产业，辐射带动作用大，相关行业涉及面广，但需要专业的策划运作，也需要更多国际城市与团队的参与。例如，本届旅游节彩船巡游共有24艘彩船，其中境外5家，国内其他城市12艘，但尚没有来自欧洲或美洲的国际著名旅游城市的彩船。今年旅游节前期的活动策划，全过程的营销，现场效果的把握以及彩船制作现场管理等现场工作尚缺乏专业化整体运作与把控。

Even though there are 24 colored boats from abroad and at home in this year's festiival, it is pity that any European and American coutry or city doesn't attend the festival. Their tourism industry are very developed, so we should make some policies to attract them to attend our festival in order to improve the internationalization of the festival.
