There are so many dog lovers in our lives that they treat them as their friends! There are many different reasons for them to love dogs as their pets. Some think dogs are more lovely and friendly than other animals, so they would like to bring up them as pets. I have one relative, who raised one dog several years ago, and he liked the dog than his son. He would like to spend much more time washing and playing with it, but would rather not have dinner with his son. His dog died few years later and he buried it. What's more, he had been unhappy for long time. He can't help going to visit the dog's tomb sometimes.
