I attended the opening ceremony of 2012 International Plum Blossom Festival of Nanjing yesterday morning. Even though it was very cold, it didn't rain. The slogan of this year's festival is "Happy Nanjing, Citizen's Festival", so they invited many local folk performances to participation such as dragon and lion dance, Beijing opera performing, poem reaing and singing. What's more, many local people came to enjoy their exercises. But it was a little pity that the plum hadn't blossomed all yet, only a small part of plum bossoming.
