Besides mooncake with Suzhou style I have just mentioned yesterday, there are too many wonderful tasty Suzhou dishes, such as squirrel mandarin (松鼠鳜鱼), hand-peeled shrimp(手剥虾仁) and so on. That is the main reason why CCTV will make special program of Suzhou cuisine, which will be broadcasted during National Holidays. They arrived at Suzhou this afternoon and make a good work plan after we discussed tongiht.
