We can often see many bribery stories on the news papers, which also means a lot of senior governors would be sentenced because of accepting big bribes. How can one person be a good governor in China? This is very hard question to answer. In my opinion, there are three main factors as follows.

Firstly, any governor should know the public power at his or her hands is from the public. It is the most important that governor should service for the public by his or her heart without any precondition.

Secondly, governors should improve their work capacities as possible as they can. If they want to carry out some projects, they should be very familar with them. Otherwise, there will be high risk and it is impossible for them to finish such complicted projects.

Thirdly, governors should keep good impressions in the public. Good impression will give great power to the public, encouraging people working hard and making contributions to economic and social development. Good impression can also get respect and trust from the public.
