太仓沙溪除了可以欣赏枕河人家，小桥流水，小巷深处独特的历史文化景观外，还可以了解独具时尚魅力的现代舞以及特殊年代的红色历史。吴晓邦出生于沙溪古镇，为了纪念当代现代舞大师，在太仓沙溪三里古街就建有这样一座吴晓邦舞蹈艺术馆。

在艺术馆里，既可以了解艺术大师的成长轨迹和艺术成就，同时可以增强更多现代舞的认识，感受现代舞独特的艺术魅力，平时很少有这样的机会来欣赏现代舞剧，一是城市给我们提供的机会不多；二是生活的忙碌和劳累，让我们已经淡忘了内心深处中的艺术需求。虽说自己绝对是现代舞盲，但当一幅幅极具时尚美的现代舞图片撞入我的眼帘的时候，内心还是萌生了几许惊喜和冲动。

We can not only enjoy the historical and cultural landscape in Shaxi, Taicang county, such as small bridge and floating water, family above the river, but also understand more about charming modern dance and red history of special times. Mr. Wuxiaobang was born in Shaxi, who was a very famous art master. So Wuxiaobang dance and art museum has been built in the old street of Shaxi in memory of Mr. Wuxiaobang.

We can know the trail of his growing up and his great achieves, which also makes us understood more modern dance and felt special charming  art. There are two main reasons why we have less chance to enjoy the modern art. One is that our city can't provide this products and another is that we have forgotten the art demands in our heart because of hard and busy living. Even though I don't understand the modern art, something has struck into my heart since I saw the modern dance at the first sight.
