Huaiyang cuisine is very famous all over China, which is also one of top four famous cuisines of China. When tourism industry develops very quickly, modern tourists have more high demands for their wonderful trips, including catering, transportation, hotel, and so on. In my opinion, Huaiyang cuisine will be the first tourism brand of Huai’an city besides great man, i.e. Premier Zhou, and the Great Canal.

Huaiyang cuisine not only can become sole tourism brand but also can unite sightseeing, hotel into integrated tourism brand. I think more and more tourists would like to taste special cuisine in the future. Therefore, Huai’an should make good use of yang cuisine for the important tourism attraction.

I happened to taste some different Huaiyang cuisines during my stays in Huai’an. It is very fantastic that we taste many different items in different meals, each of which was very tasty. Even though I couldn’t remember their names, I felt very well thoroughly. So I advise you would taste some of them if you have chance to visit Huai’an. It was so pity that I forgot taking some of the photos.
