We arrived at Xiamen Gaoqi airport after almost two hours from Shanghai Hongqiao airport, when it is at around 12:00 o’clock. It is reported that Xiamen airport is one of the nearest ones far away from city center, which only takes fifteen minutes by bus.

Xiamen is very small, which accounts for 150 kilometers square. It is so much beautiful coastal city that more and more travelers would like to visit, so do the other citizens. The local house price is obvious higher than other cities.

Chen Jiageng is one of the most famous overseas Chinese, who was born in Xiamen in 1874, died at the age of 88 in 1961 and buried in Xiamen. He went overseas when he was very young. He invested in Singapore and then came back to build primary school in Jimei in 1913, which is one of Xiamen Districts now. Afterwards, he was very eager to build schools, and the school becomes bigger and bigger, including primary school, University. Until now, there are twenty thousands of graduates from Jimei University every year, which   contribute many talents to Chinese economy development. In order to memory him, the first prime of China, Mr. Zhou, decided to set up a memorial hall, which is named as “Return Hall”. Here are some pictures about it.
