Please do not buy Nokia N97 Mini, big problem with the phone
operation system
The model is with multiple defects in the computer program
1.
I purchased the phone from Nokia authorized dealer (Wilson
Communication) and paid a reasonable price HKD 4180
2.
within 14 days, I have discovered many different malfunction from
the machine. Cannot restart, dead during phone
conversation, GPS not working, touch screen etc
3.
I have changed 4 phones from Wilson within the 14 days, and I still
have problems with the current phone
4.
One of the Wilson sales staff told me “The model is with big
problems, many exchanges (the policy is customer cannot return but
only exchange within 14 days). Reason is this
phone is not fully tested.
5.
Other sales even ask me to change the SIM card trying to tell me
N97 was working Ok but still the phone was BAD
6.
Staff told me they are NOT allowed to disclose this info to
customer or he will be fired
7.
I strongly believe Nokia is doing a big “cover up” on this matter
and I am planning to make a formal complaint to the consumer
council.
