In the past 50 years, China’s skilled craftsmen have slowly disappeared.

It was my original intention to become a craftsman in traditional sense, but in reality it becomes impossible. And plastic is not wood, its processing principles are completely different from                                     wood as well. To create transparently artistic furniture, my top challenge is technical issues – completely new processing concept and work range. For those reasons above, it has determined that I cannot be like a carpenter who can finish a piece from beginning to end, nor can I find craftsmen who already specialize in these principles and techniques.

Throughout the years, I’ve gather a group of partners around me who truly understand me. Together, we research, innovate, gain experience, and compile data, and from that, we’ve found many unique working technique and specifications. Together, we created artwork piece by piece, with many failures, even despairs in the process. All of these are our wealth, our luck!

We are very much like a traditional family style workshop, we understands each other, because, we are all craftsmen.

“Craftsmen should engrave their names on the work they create in order to ensure quality”, this was Great Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s rule made for craftsmen more than 2000 years ago. With every step we take, we shall engrave this in our life.
