It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens

最令我们战栗的，是我们自身的光芒，而不是黑暗We are ourselves 我们扪心自问 Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? 自己何德何能，得以如此智慧超群，光彩照人，才华横溢，卓越不凡？ Actually who are you not to be? 然而这又有何不可呢？ You are a child of God 你是神的孩童 Your playing small doesn’t serve the world 你看轻自己，对这个世界毫无裨益 There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. 害怕他人在你周围感觉不安，从而一味地退缩，不会给这个世界带来任何启迪。 We are all meant to shine as children do. 我们生而注定要像孩童般光芒万丈 We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. 我们生而注定要让内在的神性荣耀彰显无余 It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone! 神性不是只存在几个人心中，而是存在于每一个人心中！ And when we let our own light shine, 当我们允许自身的光芒放射出来 We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. 无形之中也就给予他人同样可以光芒闪耀的希望 As we are liberated from our own fear 当我们从自身的恐惧中解放出来 Our presence automatically liberates others. 我们的存在自然而然也会让他人获得救赎。 Marianne Williamson |
