公司管理严格，财务制度规范，主要从事柳、木、草、竹、藤家具工艺品加工生产销售，自成立以来，出口量逐年递增，截止至2014年11月累计收入3000多万元，纳税155万元。产品独特，编工细腻，花样新鲜，质优价廉，具有中国传统编织工艺特色，又兼具现代风格，朴素、大方、雅致、自然韵味，是集欣赏、实业于一体的绿色环保用品，深受中东及欧美国内外客户的青睐。

该公司有着精湛的生产技术及产品市场营销经验，企业在各方面生产中均能满足客商的需求，使企业成为当地同行业骨干力量，现公司拥有一支不断研发创新的专业技术队伍，现有管理人员5人，产品技术设计人员6人，营销人员6人,样品编织12人，放货组长8人，带动紧密型农民编织工1100多人。同时，采取基地+公司+农户的生产经营模式，让从事柳编农民工每人每年可增加收入3500元以上，以带动700编织户就业，快速脱贫致富。

She covers an area of 11612 square meters. The building area is more than 2600 square meters. She has standard administration, production, processing and storage areas. The existing fixed assets are 8.12 million Yuan, and the circulating fund is more than 3.6 million Yuan.

She has strict management and financial system and is mainly engaged in manufacturing & selling crafts and furniture that are in the material of willow, bamboo, wood, grass, rattan and so on. The export volume is increasing year by year after its foundation. UP to November 2014, the total sales income is more than 30 million Yuan, and the tax paying is 1.55million Yuan .Our products are especially loved by the Middle East, European and American Customers for their unique design, exquisite weaving and the various styles that combine the traditional weaving techniques well with the modern elements. She tries to meet all customers’ demands by her modern technology, professional technicians and experienced selling skills, which makes her become the backbone of the same field quickly. Her team is composed by 5 administrators ,6 products designers ,6 salesmen, 12 sample weavers and 8 group leaders, who can lead 1100 farmer weavers. The production and management mode is the base +company + farmers, which make the income of the farmers working on weaving increase 3500 Yuan per year per person .She also supplies working opportunities for more than 700 farmer weavers to make them improve
