人活在这世上，都在追求着目标。有的人追求恬静平淡的生活，而有的人则追求绚丽多姿的生活。而一个人的目标的形成则是来源于环境对他的影响，而偶像就是一个非常重要的影响因素。

(People are still pursuing goal during living in the world. Some people pursue tranquil and insipid life, while other people pursue colorful life. Formation of people’s goal is affected by environment, while idol just is a very important influential factor.)

偶像的力量是巨大的，它甚至可以完全改变一个人。但是有些人盲目而不加批判的崇拜偶像，因此他们就有可能学到偶像的缺点或者失去自己独立的人格，从而使自己走向一个极端。其实对于偶像，我们要秉承“取其精华，去其糟粕”的原则，学习偶像身上的优点，保持自己独立的人格，用他们的成功来激励自己成功，从而使自己不断朝着目标迈进。

(Strength of idol is huge. It even can fully change people. But some people blindly worship idol without criticism, therefore they probably learn idol’s weaknesses or lose their own independent personalities, which causes them to go to extremes. As a matter of fact, in terms of idol, we should obey principle of “absorb the quintessence, dislodge the scum”, study advantages of idol, keep our own independent personalities, use their successes to stimulate us to be succeed, and make us go towards goal continuously.)

从孩童时代开始，我就一直在寻找和筛选我的偶像。大三的时候，我终于确定了自己的偶像：一个是林志颖，另一个是李开复。

(I was still looking for and screening my idol from my childhood. I finally made my own idols sure in my junior: one is Jimmy Lin, the other one is Kai-Fu Lee.)

林志颖是一个非常全能的人，他以歌手出道，刚出道时迅速红遍亚洲，有“小旋风”之称，随后相继进入影视界、赛车界、商业界，在这些领域，他都取得了巨大的成功。在影视界，他先后参演《绝代双骄》和《天龙八部》等电影；在赛车界，他多次获得国际和国内的拉力赛冠军，现在还是世界F1摩托艇中国队成员和一个车队的老板；在商业界，他拥有一家赛车运动咨询公司、一家科技公司和一家摄影馆。同时，他出众的外表和健康的形象使他成为了广告商的宠儿，他也借这个优势担任很多组织的慈善大使，做了很多慈善活动，他就是一位“梦想实践家”。从他身上，我知道了什么样的人生才叫做丰富的人生，我们有可能在多个领域都取得一定的成就，只要我们敢想，然后踏出第一步，不要一直在原地停留，我们就会离我们的梦想更近一些。同时他让我知道人要内外兼修，要注意自己的形象，要发展自己的多方面才能，这样你的人生才不会平淡；成功了以后，要回馈社会，这样你的人生才会有价值。

(Jimmy Lin is very all-round people, he debuted as singer, he rapidly was hot around the Asia in that time, and be called “little whirlwind”, then he entered into film field、racing field and business field successively. He both acquired giant successes in these fields. In terms of film field, he starred in <Juedaishuangjiao> and <Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils> or other films successively; in terms of racing field, he acquired international and national rally competitions’ champion many times, now he still is member of world F1 motorboat Chinese team and boss of racing team; in terms of business field, he possesses one racing sports consultation company、one science-technology company and one photography studio. 在我眼里，李开复是一个德高望重的人，他既是一位信息产业的管理者，又是一位电脑科学的研究者。他在学生期间，凭借着他的研究成果就获得了“科学创新奖”，随后他先后在苹果公司、微软公司、谷歌公司担任高级职位，凭借着他的管理才能，帮助微软在中国建立了微软亚洲研究院，开拓了谷歌在中国的市场，最后他自己创办创新工场，以此来帮助中国年轻人创业。从他身上，我学习到了他对科学和事业的执着，以及脚踏实地的工作作风，更重要的是，他关心中国年轻一代，通过自己的书、信来给予他们自己无私的帮助。比如我从他身上学习到了人的太大人生态度以及保持自己独立思想和追随自己的心声的重要性。

(KaiFu-Lee is a people who enjoy high prestige and universal respects in my eye. Not only is he a administrator of information industry, but also he is researcher of computer science. During the student time, he acquired “Science innovative reward” by his research results, then he resumed senior posts in Apple inc、Microsoft inc and Google inc successively, Depending on his managerial capacities, he helped Microsoft to establish Microsoft Asia research college in China, and reclaimed Google’ market in China, he created “ innovative workshop” by himself at last in order to help Chinese teenager undertake entrepreneurship. I learn his perseverance to science and career and working style of standing on a solid ground from him. More importantly, he cares Chinese youth generation, and gives them selfless helps by his own books and letters. For example, I learn top-six life attitudes of people and the importance of keeping my own independent thoughts and following my heartfelt wishes from him.)

偶像影响我的人生目标，有目标就有动力，我不会为自己设定达到目标的期限，不在乎过程有多长，不在乎自己的年龄有多大，不会过多顾及别人对我目标是否适合的评价，因为我坚信，首先目标不受年龄限制，只要是成功，早晚没多大区别，笑到最后才是最好；然后目标必须足够宏大，这样，在追寻的过程中，它才不会消失，而且敢想还不够，还需勇于踏出第一步，这样才能更接近你的目标。总而言之，我会朝着自己的人生目标不断踏步。

(Idol affects my life goal, goal produces motive power, I don’t set time limit of realizing goal for myself, I don’t mind how long the procedure is, how old I will be, and others’ appraise about suitable degree of my goal more, because I firmly believe: firstly goal is not limited by age, as long as I acquire success, acquiring success early has no big difference from acquiring success lately, laughing at last is the best result; then goal must be huge enough, in this way, it can’t disappear during pursuing goal, what’s more, dare to think isn’t enough, you still should step the first step bravely, in this way, you just can approach your goal more closer. In a word, I will make strides towards my own life goal continuously.)
