不知不觉当中，我已经在北京待了一个多月，我已经逐渐适应了北京的气候和生活，唯一不喜欢的就是北京的大风，因为它总是吹乱我的头发，导致我不得不用啫喱水来固定我的发型。现在北京很温暖，万物复苏，欣欣向荣，正迎接夏日的到来。

(I had already stayed in Beijing for over a month unconsciously, and had adapted to climate and life in Beijing gradually, my only dislike just is Beijing’ big wind, because it always blows my hair, which forces me to use water gel to fix my hair style. Now it’s very warm in Beijing, recovery of all things, it’s thriving and flourishing, and waits for advent of summer day.)

我的上班时间是从早上8点半到下午6点，每天早上6：30起来准备出门，挤地铁、换乘地铁来公司上班，上下班期间，地铁里真的是挤满了人，人挤在里面，简直就是一种煎熬。我想如果在夏天，那么一定会更加难受。不过我也积累了一些经验，基本上每次都可以找到比较舒服的位置。下班后，吃完晚饭，回到家，就到晚上7：30，这之后我就会按照我的计划来做事情。

(My duty time is from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, every morning I get up for preparing to go out in 6:30. I jostle and transfer subway to go to work, during going to work and going off work time, people crowd around in subway, it’s just a kind of suffering to me inside. I think I must be more trying in summer. But I also accumulate some experiences. Basically I always can find relative comfortable places every time. I go home at 7:30 after having supper and working, I just would do things according to my plan.)

4月11日开始培训，4月27日培训结束，共历时三周。这期间，我了解了圣度公司的一般情况，学习了谈话技巧、商务礼仪、销售基础、演说技巧和我们公司产品的原理，背下了我们公司五种打印机和四种复合机（打印、传真、扫描、复印四种功能集于一体的机器）的参数、操作方法、驱动安装方法、特性、卖点以及价格，还记下了墨盒、硒鼓、ADF和显影剂等各种耗材的价格，最后，还进行了机器的拆装，学会了怎样维修机器。（例如卡纸、墨盒破损等等。）

(I started training in April 11^th. I finished training in April 27^th. Totally it lasts for three weeks. During the time, I knew general situation of Sindoh, and studied talk skill、business etiquette、sales foundation、presentation skill and our company product’s theory, and recited parameters、operating methods、drive installation ways、characteristics、sales points and prices of five kinds of printer and four kinds of MFP(The machine that integrates printing、faxing、scanning and copying function) of our company, and recited prices of toner、cartridge、ADF and developer or other consumptive materials yet. Finally I undertook dismounting and installing of machine, and learnt how to repair machines. (For example, paper jam、toner breakage etc.)

培训最后两天，老板把我派到市场去感受市场气氛。通俗来讲，我的工作方式就是扫楼，就是选好一个写字楼，然后逐层逐层的拜访每层的公司，向他们推荐我们公司的产品。而我以前的方式就是扫街，逐街逐街的拜访每个药店、诊所、卫生院，向他们推荐神威药业的药品。但是在写字楼里有保安，有监控摄像头，有时公司的门口会贴上谢绝推销四个字，这也给我的工作开展造成了一定的困难。但是我母亲说，只要是合法赚钱，就没有什么可怕的，我将会采取更多更好的方式来克服这些困难。

(In the last two days of training, boss dispatched me to market for feeling market atmosphere. Popular speaking, my working pattern just is to sweep building, namely firstly choosing a office building, then calling on every layer’s company layer by layer, recommending our company’s products to them. While my previous way just is to sweep street, calling on every pharmacy、clinic and healthcare street by street, recommending Shineway’s medicines to them. But there are guards and monitor camera in office building, sometimes “rejecting peddling” board are attached on company’s door, which causes certain difficulties on my working operation. However, my mother said:”If you only earn money legally, you should fear nothing”. I will adopt more and better ways to overcome these difficulties.)

我所在的公司是一家韩国公司，总部在韩国首尔，在韩国牙山和中国青岛有生产基地，除了北京外，在中国上海和深圳有分公司。在这里，除了每天都能听到大量的韩语对话外，还能了解到韩国的文化和习俗。培训期间，姜总经理带全公司全体人员去聚餐，聚餐地点在朝阳区望京一家韩国烤肉餐厅，据了解，北京大概有7万多韩国人，他们中大部分住在望京这里，所以这里也分布有大量的韩国餐厅。进了餐厅，你能看到低矮的木质餐桌，桌子里镶嵌了火锅架，坐垫围绕着桌子的周围。我脱下鞋子，上餐台，盘坐在坐垫上。我们点了韩国泡菜、韩国烤肉和韩国烧酒，随后进行了圣度公司的“入司仪式”，这个入司仪式就是首先将生鸡蛋打碎，将蛋黄挤到啤酒杯里，然后再倒半杯的啤酒和半杯的烧酒，最后将这些全部吞下去。忐忑不安中，我最后通过了公司的入司仪式。随后我们就开始享用泡菜、烤肉和烧酒了。烧酒的杯子比较小，只有啤酒杯子的三分之一。韩国烧酒当中，最出名的品牌就是真露，它的地位类似于中国茅台在白酒中的地位一样。烧酒酒精度不高，有点甜味，就好像一般的饮料一样。韩国有一套喝酒的礼仪，有些方面和中国一样，有些方面则大不相同，比如：自己不能给自己倒酒，只能由别人给你倒，当然你也必须为别人斟酒；给别人斟酒时，必须右手拿瓶，左手要扶着右手，而接受者必须双手捧杯；必须一杯喝完后再添酒，没喝完禁止续酒等等。自己由于之前不了解韩国喝酒礼仪，也犯了不少错误，不过下次，我将不会再犯。

(I work in a Korean company. Headquarter is located in Seoul, Korea, its production bases are located in Asan Korea and Qingdao China. Apart from Beijing, there are subsidiaries in Shanghai and Shenzhen China. Besides I can hear a large amount of Korean dialogues every day here, I also can know Korea’s culture and custom. During training time, general manager Jiang took all personnel to have a dinner party. Dinner party place was a Korean barbecue restaurant in Wangjing Chaoyang district. It’s said that about 70 thousand Koreans live in Beijing, the majority of them live in Wangjing, so many Korean restaurants spread here. After entering restaurant, you can see low wood dining table, chafing dish rack is inlayed in the table. Table is surrounded by cushions. I took off my shoes, went up to dining board, and hunkered on the cushion. We ordered Korean kimchi、Korean barbecue and Korean soju, then undertook “inaugurating ceremony” of Sindoh company, namely firstly smashing raw egg, squeezing yolk to beer glass, then pouring half of glass beer and half of glass soju into this glass, at last swallowing these mixtures. I finally passed company’s inaugurating ceremony with anxiety and worry. Then we started to have kimchi、barbecue and soju. Soju glass is relatively small, only one third of beer glass size. The most famous brand is Jinro in Korean soju, its status is similar to Moutai’s status in Chinese white spirit. Soju alcoholic strength is not high, and has a little sweet taste like common beverage. Korea has a set of soju etiquette, some aspects are the same as China, another aspects are far different from China, for example: you can’t pour soju into your glass by yourself, only do it by others, certainly you also must pour soju to others’ glass; when you pour soju to others’ glass, you must hold bottle by right hand, left hand hold up right hand, while receiver must hold glass by two hands; you are allowed to continue pouring soju to others’ glass after others have drunk a glass of soju off etc. Because I didn’t know Korean Soju etiquette previously, I made many mistakes. However, I won’t make this kind of mistakes next time.)

现在下班以后，我的主要任务是强化学习excel和powerpoint，以及背诵产品的相关知识和价格，为了提高我的销售技能，我也在看《销售细节训练大全》，为了更好的融入公司，了解韩国文化，我也正在看姜总给我的《韩国简介》。除了这些，有时我也会看一些相亲节目，比如爱情连连看、非诚勿扰、百里挑一和我们约会吧等，看一些英文电影，关注一些体育新闻，玩玩新浪博客、人人网和QQ空间。我周六、周日不上班，一般周日的时候我会去找我的朋友玩，现在我的工作和生活还是非常平衡的。

(Now after coming off duty, my main task is to enhance studying excel and powerpoint and recite products’ relevant knowledge and prices. For enhancing my sales skill, I also read < comprehensive training of sales detail>. For integrating into company better and knowing Korean culture, I also am reading that general manager Jiang gave me. In addition to these things, sometimes I also watch some blind date programs such as love to love、if you are the one、choose one from one hundred and we dating etc, and watch some English movies, and pay attention to some sports news, and play SINA blog、Renren website and Qzone. I have a rest in Saturday and Sunday, generally I would visit my friends in Sunday, now my working and life still be very balanced.)

五一假期就快到了，自己决定利用这个假期全面的复习我学过的知识，以便假期结束后更好地开展我的工作。

(May 1^st vacation is about to coming, I decide to make full use of this holiday to review knowledge that I had learned in the training comprehensively in order to launch my working better after holiday.)
