建于1995年的羊角岛宾馆全朝鲜最豪华的酒店。羊角岛宾馆位于大同江羊角岛上，小岛的形状如同羊角，因而得名羊角岛。

    羊角岛宾馆是特级宾馆。朝鲜的宾馆不分星级，特级宾馆相当于最高级别，以中国的标准看属四星。特级宾馆用来接待外宾。外国游客都被安排住在羊角岛宾馆，因为小岛处于江中心，前往平壤市区的唯一通道是羊角桥。只要在羊角桥派人站岗，很容易阻止岛上外宾外出以及岛外平壤百姓上岛。
