Year 2003, the world encountered the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) under a distressing situation.

In year 2009, the Influenza A has broken out in April! When the early Autumn is coming,  more and more people caught the Influenza A. According to the Metaphysical analysis, the outbreak of Influenza A will be much more serious than SARS of 6 years ago.

It seems that the epicentre of Influenza A is Mexico. Mexico is located in the southern part of the North America. The population is over 20 million. The Five Yellow Disaster Star for the current year is in the North while the Two Dark Illness Star is in the west. After the Qing Ming, the Five Yellow Disaster Star has moved to the west, which is in Lunar March with the Mexico as the epicenter of Influenza A.

Up to the latest WTO statistics, 188 countries have reported over 250 thousand suspected cases of Influenza A, including more than 2800 death. In China,cases are reported as following: Mainland 7500 , Hongkong over 16 thousand, including 12 death; Macau over 1616; Taiwan 186, including 12 death. The epidemic situation is  extremely sombrous.   

Brother Pig is seriously threatening all over the world. I-ching says: All is base in silence  or movement, while it is in good condition, it will be , and vice versa. , is it the will of heaven? Maybe it is ‘ Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’  (Matthew 4:17)

For hundreds of thousands of years, humans have forgotten where they are from, and forgotten what sins they have committed. It is because we have drunk the  ‘forgetting soup’ of Meng po. Friends who suffering in the hell with us may get reincarnated into the Beast Tunnel of the Samsara. We keep killing lives, killing babies, killing relatives and friends. The evil seeds we have planted in this life are fruiting!  We are simply suffering from what we have done.

The Influenza A is spreading all over the world. This week, I am looking into the ways of anti-Influenza A from various perspectives: Feng Shui direction, colours and  diet regimen.

(1)  Feng Shui Direction

Since the present influenza vaccine is noneffective with the Influenza A, Sicientists have been hard working to develop a new vaccine to control the Influenza A. Now China has become the first contry that can use the Influenza A vaccine. Due to the capacity of producing Influenza A vaccine now is not enough, we hope to take the vaccination as soon as possible. On the other hand, we should proactively adopt preventive measures at home. The Disaster for the Year of Ox is in the north. The north direction belongs to ‘ water element’ . The Five Yellow belong to earth element , while it breaks  into the water element , it is devil:

a) If the doors, windows, and beds are placed in the northern part of the house, it is easy for the Influenza A to get in; citizens can adopt the following measures:

1) Close the windows and doors of the north most of the time.

2) Hang a set of the Qing Dynasty Five Emptor Coins (after charming and having the consecration) next to the doors, windows, and beds.

b) if the kitchen range is at the north, we can put a “Eight Diagrams Bronze Gourd” (after charming and having the consecration) next to the cooking range. Inside the Gourd, we need to put 4/5 raw salt and 1/5 water from the well.

(2)  The suitable colour(s)

Strengthening our body and improving health are always mentioned in the Metaphysic . We fall sick because of the Yin-Yang problem of I-ching. When Yin and Yang are not in the balance, we get sick. Virus is a kind of  “fire-poison” and regarded as Yang. We will adopt the colours which are most suitable to people in the spring according to the 5 elements they are belong to.

(3)  Improve health by diet

To combat Influenza A, enhancing our health is the key, i.e. selecting healthy food and more exercise. Here are some guidelines for daily diet:

Cook the food by steaming as possible. No frying, no roasting and no baking. Reduce using wok and microwave oven. Also, we should keep our bowel movement and clean the intestines (intestinal lavage) regularly. Smoking, drinking, drugs, coke, junk food and poisonous food should be avoided. Withdrawing meat from our diet is the most preventive diet throughout.

Besides diet, enhancing our mental and physical health is another effective way to overcome Influenza A :

a.  Sleep early and wake up early

b.  More walking and stepping, less vehicles.

c.  Introduce more sunlight at home and in office, more fans and less air condition.

d.  Approach the nature and sunshine more

e.  More meditation, Qi Gung, praying, and yoga

f.  More conation, free captive animals, and caring the society

g.  Avoid hugging and kissing in the public

h.  Use mask when there are many people around

i.   Washing before meals and keep personal hygiene

Our life is facing crisis, we have to strengthen our consciousness and will. Don’t be afraid and don’t be pessimistic. We have to learn from and care for each other throughout our life time. If all the human-beings unite together to fight for the crisis, the Influenza A will be defeated soon.
