东峰尖系闽东第一高峰（海拔1627米），春季杜娟满山，夏季气候凉爽。登上峰顶极目之处尽是青山环绕，阳光明媚，远离尘嚣。峰顶北望可见建瓯第一高峰辰山（海拔1822米）南望可见屏南第二高山“鸡鸣山”（海拔1528米）
