It is the week before Christmas and I started my holiday  two days ago. Well, instead of staying at home lonely yet cosy. I am spending some relaxing hours in the Farnborough public library, trying to be with my partner at daytime while he is working in a near-by company.

In need of tea, I headed out through the library door into the late, cool, grey and heavy snow afternoon. I saw a best personification of Santa Claus I have ever seen in the shopping mall. He was perfect; from head to toe no detail could be faulted. His girth was round, and his locks were curled and silvery - white. On rosy, round cheeks balanced a pair of gold-rimmed glasses. A black belt encircled the traditional red suit. So perfect was he it seemed rude to stare. This, it appeared, was not one of Santa’s helpers, but Santa Clause himself.

慢慢学习，慢慢发现原来英语也可以那么美，开始尝试用英文记录，描述所见所闻所感。谢谢某人耐心的润色和老师无私的帮助。老师今天还在学校办公，让我们随时去找他，可敬。他不但教我英文，更用实际行动告诉我如何才是一个好老师。

不然我昨天看到的圣诞老人可能很完美，但在我的笔下只能称为一个穿红袍、踏黑靴的白须老人，仅此而已。接下来他和一个小女孩的故事也令人很感动。

只可惜，图书馆只让上网1小时。今天看来写不完了。
