桑兰案最新进展。原告与若干洋被告（目前不含AOL TIME
WARNER）达成协议，延后它们的诉讼应答日期至7月底。
这个策略是正确的。
如果不延缓，则洋被告们也势必递交撤诉动议，桑兰方将同时打两个半战争，本来就很薄弱的战斗力被进一步分散。
目前形势，唐人街双方已经开始对攻。
