5
The LORD saw how great man's
wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of
the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. 6
The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his
heart was filled with pain. 9 This is the account of
Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his
time, and he walked with God. 10 Noah had three sons:
Shem, Ham and Japheth. 17 I am going to bring
floodwaters on the earth to destroy all life under the heavens,
every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on
earth will perish. Genesis 6
这些可以一起记忆:the people on the earth, the people in the world, the people under the heavens,
had become
how great man’s wickedness had
I have no inclination to be a doctor.
all the time, 始终,一直这样。It has rained all the time.
was grieved = was
unbelievable,
也可以说:the Lord was saddened that 后面是接一个从句。
be filled with pain, How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit?
account
the people of his time, 他那个时代的人,注意比较:many times,很多次。
Everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
Question:
Is it true that every human being is a sinner?
Why does God punish people? (He punished people because He is Holy and cannot tolerate sin.)
Do you think there are blameless people under the heavens?
How many sons did Noah have? Who were they?
Do you do something sometimes that will grieve God?
How do you know if you have done something that grieves God?
Could you flood your yard if you had a lot of water? How about the city you live in? Can you make a flood?
Who is powerful enough to flood the whole earth?
What happened to all the people that were not on the ark?
Was it right for God to destroy all those people?
Noah and his family trusted God to save them. Could they have saved themselves?
