我meng在云南瑞丽旅游 顺便去了缅甸（偷渡，围栏有个洞） 回来时我累了，在中国那边的围栏坐着，边防不管 这时候有几个老缅钻洞子被抓住了 之后我去口岸 有几个缅甸孩子一翻就进了栏杆 边防（看着过呢）不管，请问他为什么不管？
