材料(中种法):A: 发酵粉
B:面粉
适量的油
做法:1.把A材料放入盆中搅拌好包上保鲜膜,发酵一个晚上.
2.把中种面团排气拌匀
3.把B材料加入A材料中,加入适量的食用油,用刮刀拌均匀.
4.然后再次发酵至两倍大.

5.把发酵好的面团排气,再加一点点油用刮刀拌匀.
6.准备好蕉叶,双手抹油,把粄团挪成适量大小的圆粄团放到蕉叶上.
7.然后再次发酵至两倍大,把锅中的水烧开后放入粄团,蒸10-15分钟左右.蒸好后等5分钟再开锅盖,这样香香的,QQ的喜粄就做好啦!
