http://s10/middle/604609a0x9d8ebbf1d9d9&690wine）—汲取门前鉴湖水，酿得绍酒万里香" TITLE="女儿红（Daughter’s wine）—汲取门前鉴湖水，酿得绍酒万里香" />       “汲取门前鉴湖水，酿得绍酒万里香”，始创于晋代女儿红品牌的故事千年流传。早在公元304年的晋代，上虞人稽含所著的《南方草木状》中就有“女酒、女儿红酒为旧时富家生女嫁女必备之物”的记载。 “女儿红”名字的由来：说是古代有一位酒坊的老板在他的女儿出世的时候酿造了一坛酒，然后等到他的女儿出嫁的时候再打开封存的标签，一是表示精心酿制，二也证明是陈年酿造（女儿从出生到出嫁的时间至少得18年）。而《牛津英汉大词典》对“女儿红”的英文表述和解释是这样的：Daughter’s wine－－wine made at a daughter’s birth and kept underground until her wedding feast.

               清朝康熙年间，
               浙江绍兴古镇上居住着一位富翁。
               他很是为他存放财物的地窖
               和里边储存的美酒而感到自豪。
               地窖里储藏着一坛陈年老酒名曰“女儿红”，
               它是美酒中的极品，也是富翁的最爱，
               对于珍藏陈年老酒“女儿红”的事也只有他自己知道。

               县令来拜访这位富翁，
               他仔细地想过之后在心里暗暗地说：“
               那坛酒不能为一个小小的县令就这样开了。”

               辖区里的巡抚前来拜会他，但他自言自语地说：“
               不，我不会开那坛酒来招待他的。
               他是不会懂得这坛酒的价值的，
               酒香都不能让他闻到。
               起码也得是个总督来喝它，
               这可是上等的“女儿红”啊！”

               领地的贝勒来和他一块儿吃晚饭，
               但他想：“不，对于一个小贝勒来说，
               这坛“女儿红”太昂贵了！
               要是太子储君驾临的话，
               我倒是可以考虑考虑…...”。

               就在那天，
               他自己的亲侄子结婚了，他自言自语地说：“
               不，这坛酒可不是为那些普通的客人酿制的。”

               多少年过去了，这个老富翁生了一场大病，
               在还没有来得及立遗嘱之前他就一命呜呼了。
               就像对待每一粒种子似地，他被埋葬了。

               在埋葬老富翁的那一天，
               那坛陈年老酒“女儿红”和其他储存的酒
               一块儿从地窖里被抱出来了，
               被周边的前来帮忙料理丧事的农民喝掉了。

               没有人知道这坛酒的年份，
               也没有人知道它是陈年老酒“女儿红”。
               对他们而言，所有倒进杯中的，
               不过是酒而已……

                  Daughter’s wine
                               Wang Jingzheng
            In the Kang Xi period of Qing Dynasty,
            Once there lived a rich man
            In the ancient town of Shao Xing in Zhe Jiang province .
            Who was justly proud of his cellar and the wine therein.
            And there was one jug of ancient vintage
            Kept for some occasion known only to himself.
            And the jug of ancient vintage is named＂Daughter’s wine＂
            That is the old and good wine.

            The county magistrate visited him,
            And he bethought him and said,＂
            That jug shall not be opened for a mere county magistrate.＂

            And a governor of the diocese visited him,
            But he said to himself,＂
            Nay, I will not open that jug,
            He would not know its value,
            Nor would its aroma reach his nostrils,
            At least should a governor﹣general to drink it,
            Because it is superior “Daughter’s wine” .

            The prince of the realm came and supped with him,
            But he thought,＂It is too royal a wine for a mere princeling,
            I would think over it if he is the crown prince…＂

            And even on the day when his own nephew was married,
            He said to himself,＂
            No, not to these common guests shall that jug be brought forth.＂

            And many years passed by,
            And the old man of wealth was fallen ill,
            It’s too late to sign a testament before he died.
            And he was buried like unto every seed.

            And upon the day that he was buried the ancient jug－－
           “Daughter’s wine” was brought out
            Together with other jugs of wine from cellar,
            And it was shared by the peasants of the neighborhood
            Who were to help arranging the burial.

            And none knew its great age,
            Besides it is famous and precious “Daughter’s wine ”
            To them,
            All that is poured into a cup is only wine…
