                              王京征
                      田园将芜待人耕,
                    心为形役惆怅生。
                    偶识迷途实未晚,
                    今是昨非徒自庸。
                    悲欢离合难全事,
                    是非成败转头空。
                    万里长城今犹在,
                    百世英雄百世梦。

                     归隐之歌
                                 谭明
                          隐去,彻底隐去吧!
                          进入密林之中,
                          享受自己的快乐。
                          心灵的独舞,
                          和着松涛阵阵,
                          清泉潺潺。    
                          就让生命,
                          如野草般自由开怀的生长;  
                          就让生命,       
                          似野花般尽情随意的绽放!
                          生与死,黑与白;
                          成功与失败,
                          伟大与渺小。                   
                          交给天空,交给大地;               
                          交给山峦,交给海洋 。
                          我与清风,
                          与流水结伴,               
                          去寻在红尘中遗落的梦......

                 超越“利”与“义”
                -以庄子的道家思想探究“超越”的智慧

    最近我收到了我的刑法学授课教师谭明老师的一首优美的诗歌,我当时以一首古体七律的诗歌作为评论回复给了谭明老师。在此谢谢谭明老师优美的现代诗歌《归隐之歌》,更谢谢谭明老师长期以来的支持和鼓励。从谭诗中我们可以看出谭老师所表达的是一种“返璞归真”的意境,这有必要谈及庄子的道家思想,下面我将从道家哲学的角度谈谈我对“归隐”的看法。
    庄子思想是道家的进一步发展,所以也是不以人类为中心,表现出超越的性格,所超越的是空间,时间,义与利,生与死等相对的观念。现在,我将用庄子的思想来解释如何超越“利”与“义”。
    庄子是我国战国时期的宋国人,生活非常简朴。他住在山上,每天采集芦苇编制草鞋,第二天再拿到街上去卖,然后换些米回家,勉强维持生活。这种日子非常辛苦,因此也磨练出他内心过人的想象力与创造力,所以他才华出众。
   “利”比较容易理解,当我们得到很多利益的时候,相对的也会失去很多原本值得珍惜的东西。至于“义”,则是指我们自以为该做的及正当的事,如果我们一天到晚都在想自己该做什么事情,不但辛苦而且无谓,因为这个世界上该做的事情太多了,永远也做不完。尤其在我们进入社会以后,更能深刻体会这一点。
    为什么我们会觉得有些事情非做不可?许多人是为了名,也可以说是配合个人的理想。但是不要忘了,名对于人的伤害,有时候不亚于利的伤害。个人理想所造成的幻觉和追求利益所造成的幻觉非常相近。在庄子所处的时代,很多人以为要成为圣人,就是自己要为天下人牺牲,庄子认为这种想法其实不对,因为当你想帮助天下人的时候,就会积极造作一些德行,也就是用各种方法完成一些事情,希望达到某种好的结果。然而,有时候造作太多,对别人不见得有帮助。因为对他人照顾过多,可能扼杀他的生机,使他失去自由发展与成长的机会。
    庄子谈到义与利的时候,往往反映了世俗的判断。举例来说,一般人常会认为在大学里读某些学科比较有用,将来毕业很容易找到工作。所以每个人都应该朝这个方向追求,追求到的人就比较有本事。庄子对于这一点并不认同,他在散文《山木》中举出了这样一个例子:“庄子行于山中,见大木,枝叶盛茂,伐木者止其旁而不取也。问其故,曰'无所可用`。庄子曰:'此木以不材得终其天年`”大树之所以没被砍伐,全是因为“不成材”,没有可用之处,才得以过完它自然的寿命。歪斜的树也许不如挺直的树好看,但是挺直的树被木匠相中而砍伐。这说明了,真正的人材会被人使用,而被用之后当然要提早报销。如果能够多了解一点庄子的比喻,就会觉得人生轻松许多,因为他擅长化解世俗价值观所带来的压力。
    从这种“超脱”的概念出发,道家开发出一种艺术的灵感和审美的世界。一个人的生命如果不能超脱,只局限在有形的世界,汲汲于名利、权位,以及各种享受的话,就无法感受美。美感是要让心灵能够超越,不求任何现实中功名利禄的满足,而是纯粹感受到生命的创造力源源不断地表现出来。这就是庄子的境界。

             Overstep benefit and duty
           -Discuss the wisdom of overstep with Taoism ideology
 

              of  Muster Zhuang

      I received a graceful poetry recently, which is written by my teacher of criminal law, Tan Ming . So I also wrote one ancient customs poetry as replying to Mr. Tan .Thanks the graceful poetry of Mr. Tan , and thanks the long﹣lasting support of Mr. Tan . In the Tan’s poetry, we can infer the expression of Mr. Tan .that contains the meaning of return to original purity and simplicity. So we must refer to the ideology of Muster Zhuang. Then I will put forward my view about withdraw from society and live in solitude.
   

      The ideology of Muster Zhuang is a further development of Taoists, therefore, the notion of which is not regard mankind as center, and appears the temperament of surpass, such as, space, time, benefit and duty, life and die and so on opposite sense. Now, I will explain how benefit and duty is exceeded with Taoism ideology of Master Zhuang.
    

      Master Zhuang is a common people of Song in the Warring States times of China. His life is very simple and unadorned. He lived on the hill, and gathered reed to weave straw sandals everyday, which could be sold in the market next day. Then he exchanged some rice and go to home, so that he kept life barely enough. This livelihood is very laborious, thus that also harden himself in the life, and with the result that his heart has excel the power of imagination and creation, so his talents and ability above the average.
         

      Ok, I will explain the theme of this article. The benefit is easier to understand, when we obtain many benefit, on the contrary, we would also lose many things that shall be treasured originally. As to duty, namely we considered that the legitimate affairs should be handled as soon as possible. If we always think what to do by ourselves from morning till night, which is not only laborious, but also meaningless . For many things we should deal with in this world, and we couldn’t complete those forever. Especially, when we have entered society ,we would know from experience of this point deeply.
      

      Why are we often feel that something have to do? Many people is for the sake of fame, namely, it is also accord with individual ideal. But, don’t forget that fame could harmful to man , which is not inferior to benefit. It is very similar that the illusion, which is brought about separately the individual ideal and seeking benefic. In Master Zhuang ‘s times, many people considered that: If someone want to be wise man, who firstly learn to sacrifice himself for the common people in land under heaven. Master Zhuang considered this opinion is wrong in fact. For when you want to help the common people in this world, you would make some disgraceful appearance actively, namely we could complete some things with various ways, and hope to achieve certain good result. However, their disgraceful appearance could not likely help to the common people. Because the more common people need to care, the more barrier of life will strangle his vitality, thereby he would lose the opportunity of develop and grow up freely.
       

       When Master Zhuang talk about benefit and duty, which reflects the judge of common customs frequently .  For example, ordinary people often considered that some courses of study in university are useful to look for a job easily when they graduate. Therefore , everybody should do everything towards this one direction. In that way, who seek it successfully who would be able person. However, Master Zhuang disagree to that opinion, there is an example in work of Master Zhuang,"The Ancient Tree In The Mountains", "Master Zhuang walked in the mountains, suddenly he saw an ancient trees with luxuriant foliage and spreading branches, to his surprise, lumbering workers didn’t pay attention to it, so Master Zhuang asked for reason. They answered'it is useless'. Then Master Zhuang said:''The tree had living for thousands years, just for which is useless. " The ancient tree don’t be cut down as a result of useless, just for it is useless to man, so it can spend its natural life span. Perhaps the crooked tree is no beautiful than the straight and upright tree, but the latter is interested and felled by carpenter. That explain: The true qualified personnel could be used by others, who also could be destroyed after they are used by others. If we can know more the analogy of Master Zhuang, we would feel more relaxed to our life, for he is good at resolving pressure that is brought by values of society.
        

       We could set out from this conception of unconventional, the Taoists exploited a inspiration of art and a world of aesthetic. If someone’s life cannot original, only confined in this visible world and eager to fame, wealth, and power, as well as various enjoyment, who couldn’t experience the beauty. Aesthetic feeling is let spirit beyond, and not strive to satisfied of position and wealth in reality, but which could feel purely the creative power of life appears continuously. This is the extent reached of Master Zhuang.
