    每天与数据打交道的她有着最为纯正的工科生血统，在指尖与键盘的轻触下，连串数字如音符般灵动跳跃，百炼钢成绕指柔。

朴质之姿

    “我出生在一个军人世家。因为从小在部队环境下长大，听家人们讲部队的故事，耳濡目染地被父辈那种独特的军人气质深深吸引，从军的梦想曾伴随着我的青少年时代。”

    齐扬是个土生土长的西安女孩，个子很高，可能由于在部队环境中成长的关系，梳着利落马尾的她总是身姿挺拔。素净脸上的黑框眼镜彰示着工科生的理性与谨慎，而古城的深厚底蕴亦为她添上了静谧的女性柔美。
    正值诚实的军人父亲被她视作人生楷模，她说父亲是平凡的人，无私帮助他人是父亲的爱好。常听父亲说的一句话是“老老实实做人，踏踏实实做事”，听起来好像不是什么大道理，细细品却道出了她从其中反刍出来的对这个世界细细碎碎的思考。
    咋眼看去，平日的她简单朴素，但是在这种朴素之下，又隐藏着独特的精致感和特有的韵味，引人一探究竟。

理性的守望者

    “工作的确是非常枯燥，但是必须沉下心来，耐心处理和分析每一个问题，要时刻保持头脑清晰，不能放松和麻痹，因为我们数据分析工作人员必须确保数据结果的准确性。”

    为了满足营销管理工作对数据分析的需求，深航营销部选拔了一批具有数学、统计专业背景的人员，组建了一支专门负责营销数据保障的小分队——数据组。
    后为更好地建立健全营销系统预算管理体系，有效控制经营过程的风险，为营销战略的实现提供数据支持，深航营销委再对原来的数据组、市场管理室和综合业务室的部分职能进行整合，设立计划统计室。
    在这个数据大熔炉里，各色精英驻扎，各路程式往返，信息奔腾不休。她则牵头负责经营预算及监控工作，包括安排生产计划、测算经营目标及跟踪预算；还要监控经营过程，收集与分析行业相关情报信息。
    享受着这样的理智，一切都在静谧中舒展，一切都在理性的世界里安然漂浮。被指尖环绕的简洁数字轻轻围住，就在这忙碌中变得充实。
    燥热的时代，我们习惯了盲目与追逐，直到有一天，看到了一个这样的女孩——她将人生视为快乐的时光，而非单调的日子；她乐于工作，但不是将工作视为生活的唯一；她必须是个机灵聪敏的女人，有品位，而且尽情生活，具备严谨认真的能力，却并不会缺失幽默。

Qi Yang: Whose Fingers Dance with Numbers

Lives every day with data, she’s totally an engineering senior whose fingers dances with numbers in the keyboard.

Simple and Natural

“I was born in a family of soldiers. Grew up in such a background, I listened to troop stories and was deep attracted by the unique disposition of the elder generation’s. I have had a soldier dream since I was a little girl. ”

Qi Yang was born in and grew up in Xi’an. She’s tall and maybe because her growup background, with hair tied up into a horsetail, she always looks straight. The black-frame glasses on her face show her rationality and strictness, and the deep inside of the ancient city gives her quietness and tenderness.

Her honest father sets a good example for her. She said her father is ordinary and likes to help others. He always likes to say, “to be honest, to be diligent”, it sounds not a big thing, but she slowly tastes out thoughts about the world.

Yes, she may looks simple and natural. But under it, she’s uniquely delicate and charming, making people wonder.

Rational Guarder

“I lead the operational budget and monitoring work, including production plan, operation target, budget monitoring, operation process monitoring, related information collection.”

To meet the data analysis need for marketing management work, a bunch of staff with maths and statistics background were recruited to Shenzhen Airlines Marketing Department. They made a team which is mainly responsible for marketing data. They are data team.

Later to better establish and perfect the budget management system, effectively control the management risk and provide data support to sales, Shenzhen Airlines Marketing Committee integrates some functions of the data team, the market management office and the comprehensive office to set up the planning and analysis office.

In the data world, so many elites and information travel around. She enjoys the rational, the extensive and the quiet. Her life also turns fulfilled with numbers.

In such restless society, we are used to chasing, without clear goals. Until one day, we see such a girl who takes life as happiness but not boring days. She likes her job, but not as the only thing in life. She’s smart, tasteful, cheerful, humorous, but also rational sometimes.
