Fu Bing: The Fresh but Insisted Purser

She’s like a dewdrop, shining from the dark night to the dawn. Or we can say she’s like a green tung leaf, bight in the still air.

Yes, it’s not something so great. It’s just another early morning, dewdrops shine in the morning sunshine and tung leaves fresh out of trees with dewdrops on them. All of them make people bright and clear inside.

It’s all about a fresh tung leaf which is so much beautiful enough to make people look back at something they left behind. 

Fresh When She First into Shenzhen Airlines

“When I first stepped into here, I was really too young. Even with the tailor-made uniform, I was like a student. The measure man measured longer than me in case I would be a little bit taller. So when I served with that uniform on, passengers joked if I stole my mom’s clothes on and went out to work? ”

Fu Bing entered Shenzhen Airlines in April, 2007, she’s not even 16 years old then. After a half-one-year residence in high school, she came to Shenzhen from hometown Fujian. Next was a months’ training and then an internship in Shenzhen Airlines hotel. In her words, there’s not much loneliness description about early leaving home. It’s probably for the campus management she accepted during the training and the internship or maybe for the other three homegirls’ company, she calmly went through her youth time.

She laughed that there are still lots of colleagues joked about her age. “When I first stepped into here, I thought passengers as my parents so it’s a little frightened to talk with them.” But she’s calm and considerate and from the first day of work, she never said no to any tasks assigned by the purser.

Now she’s still a girl just in her twenties, but she made the purser for over two years. The color of the uniform turned steady dark blue from bright red. But her carefulness and sense of mission never changed, with the same sweet voice as before, she just grew up to be more insisted and experienced.

Like a dewdrop shining in the morning sunshine, a green leaf freshing out of the tree.

Bright and Clear Inside

“I’m kind of a happy-go-lucky person, getting used to the work and life here. I’m relatively passive without many ideas, sometimes going out to the amusement bar with my friends, chatting and having fruit tea. The life I most dream about is that all my families are healthy and I myself work happily everyday, also with someone beside me taking care of me. So much is enough.”

After her promotion, Fu Bing never had an apprentice who’s younger than her, but she could well unite the team members by organizing all kinds of activities. “We have a lot of communication in private and often hang out together, like travelling and cooking. We girls sometimes even dance and do exercises together. I really pay attention to this for our job is easily related to some healthy problems.”

Speaking of the yearning place, she told us it’s Lijiang. She likes the easy life there as the song sings,” If you give me life, let me be here, so I can live out of the crowd…”

The biggest enemy of our calmness inside is absolutely not the tight life outside, but the anxiety inside.

Life, is always about heavy struggle, struggle for self-awareness, for not being lost and for being insisted on our initial.

To be generous with people, to be calm with affairs. Like bright and clear willow, always keep the love to the world in the constant life.
