    深圳机场于近日举行了转场前最后一次大规模综合演练，约2500名旅客与各航空公司、机场工作人员共同参与其中。预计机场新航站楼将于11月底投入使用。
    为此，深航成立了各专项保障组，日夜加班为正式转场做好准备。
    “00点30分，这个城市已经步入了深夜，我们依然为着那值得纪念的一刻努力着，为着更进一步了解这个“天使”系统的“个性”奋斗着。”
    王美美，T3转场项目的参与者，深航地面一线工作者中的一员，在笔记中这样写道。

长途班

    “近三个月来，我们休息时间都会在T3学习、培训、演练，我们值机员排练面向多种旅客（如轮椅、担架、孕妇、携带婴儿旅客）的不同服务流程，测试特殊旅客能否正常登机等。为了T3能正式投入运行，我努力着。”

    值机是步入机场后对客的第一道窗口，也代表了航空公司的形象。作为一线最重要的岗位之一，只要出了点小差错都可能导致飞机无法起飞以及后续的一系列问题。
    王美美，九年前进入深航时还是个刚成年的女孩，从普通的值机员，到礼遇柜台、主任柜台值机，再到现场督导，以及现在的见习主管，一直在值机的岗位上深耕细作。
    每逢台风强雷雨天气频发和客运高峰期，由于航班延误增多，值机现场的特殊情况也较多。这时美美总是冲在前面，处理晚到旅客加急、带旅客去外航候补、协助旅客改签等业务；不停地向旅客解释，安抚情绪，积极进行航班延误后续的服务补救，在真诚服务和化解旅客误解等方面做出努力。
    她始终微笑着为旅客着想，提供一些力所能及的帮助。
    曾经有旅客对她说，“有些事情无法预知我能理解，关键是你们在后续的服务补救上有没有做到位，你今天的服务我很满意。”
    就是这样，一次次用热忱赢得他们的理解和信任。

有时飘游

    “我喜欢大海、山林，像马尔代夫那样，与世隔绝的那种。特别向往一个安静的地方，能让自己静下来独处。自己在家有种花，喜欢园艺，只要有卖花卖草的地方就会进去看一眼。生活，只要平平淡淡的，就可以了。”

    在岗位上近十年，从内向羞涩蜕变为稳重大方，看着公司由微而著的变化，迎送着一批批来了又去的人群。觉得自己已与这份工作相当契合，也常能从值机室年轻后辈们的欢笑中感染开心的情绪。现在的心愿便是特别希望能回家过个年，美美坦言。
    人类凭着一颗聪明的头颅，在二十世纪末，智化了自己的居所，却大大弱化了自己适应自然的体质。
    所以这个模仿海中优雅飘逸游姿的“蝠鲼”，有着白色打底、像蜂巢又像水波纹设计，被称之“飞鱼”的新T3航站楼，也主打着环保和节能的理念。让都市中的匆匆行客们，能从通透的全玻璃幕墙中，捕捉自然阳光的零光片羽.
    就像热衷园艺的王美美，从自己小居阳台上的三俩植株中感受自然的气息，将小小空间变成安静隔离的次环境，来遮蔽外界风雨。
    这样的中间状态，也许是在钢筋水泥与清风鸟语间寻求平衡的一种尝试。

Wang Meimei: A Warm Smile in T3

Recently Shenzhen Airport had its last big drill before the transition, and about 2,500 tourists and staff from different airlines and airports joined in it. It is expected that the new terminal building will be put into use at the end of November.

For this, Shenzhen Airlines set up specific teams for different subjects and worked late at night to prepare for the official transition.

“00:30, when the whole city has already fallen asleep, we were still working for the memorable moment and trying to know the features of the Angel System further.”

Wang Meimei, a participant of the T3 transition, one of the ground service department in Shenzhen Airlines, she wrote such words in her notebook.

Work Late

 “In recent three months, we even studied, trained, and practised different service procedures to different kinds of passengers like the disabled, the wounded, the pregnant and the baby carrier at breaks. By that we can test whether special passengers can board normally or not. For the use of T3, I’m trying my best.”

The check-in counter is the first window of facing passengers after they step in the airport, it’s like an image of the company. As one of the most important posts, even a minor mistake can lead to a flight delay or cancel or even more problems.

Wang Meimei, she was just a grown-up when she first stepped in Shenzhen Airlines nine years ago. From a check-in member to courteous reception member and then a director check-in member and then a field supervisor and then a trainee head, she worked hard all the time on the check-in posts.

Once bad weather like typhoon, rain and storm and peaks happen, flight delays and other special cases in the check-in counters will be more. And in such times, Meimei alway be the first to rush to the cases and deal with different work like urgencies, outward voyage alternates, tickets endorsement; and keep explaining to passengers and make them feel better. They tried their best to do the service remedy of flight delays and to contribute their sincere service to get understandings from passengers.

She always thinks about the passengers and trys her best to help.

Once a passenger said to her,” I totally understand that something unexpected often happens, the point is whether you do the service remedy on time or not. And you did a good job today. ”

Just like that,she gradually won understanding and trust by her passion.

Sometimes Free 

 “I like ocean and forest, kind of like Maldives, the one detached with crowds. A quiet place is what I want so that I can be left alone. I plant flowers and like gardening, I’d like to take a look in some flowers shop. Life, it’s great to be normal.”

Nearly ten years in her post, now she made herself steady out of a little girl. And as one who witnessed the minor changes around her and people came and left, she’s more sure of that she fits the job very much and she can often be happy from the happy time with the young colleagues. Now my wish is to go back home for the Spring Festival, Meimei frankly said.

With intelligence, people made their houses smarter but their constitution worse to fit nature.

So T3, the terminal which imitates the manta ray gracefully swimming in the sea, has a white bottoming, beehive and water ripple like design. It’s called “flying fish”with an idea of environmental protection and energy saving. City people can catch natural sunshine through the transparent glass wall.

Just like Wang Meimei, who likes gardening. She can even smell the nature from the two or three plants in her balcony. And that’s only her little place that she can enjoy quietness from the storm and rain outside.

Such conditions, it’s more like a balance which is searched between armored concrete and birds’ singing.
