蓟县农家院近年来越办越火，已经成为京津冀城市居民休闲度假的好去处。我这些年基本是每年去一至两处农家院游玩几天。今年七月中旬，我们兄妹三家来到了蓟县最北边的山区——下营镇常州村。

常州村是天津市最高的唯一一个塞外深山村，它西依北京，东靠唐山，南连天津，北接承德。著名的九山顶风景区就坐落在常州村界内。全村共有90户、265口人。
    九十年代初，常州村依托自然资源发展旅游业，开发出九山顶风景区，全村有40户开设了家庭旅馆。走入村里远远望去，小桥流水、红砖碧瓦；进得院内，宽敞洁静、井井有条，每户家庭主人都能做得一手别有风味的农家菜。  
    常州村不仅风景优美、还有着深厚的历史积淀。这里被称为“长城外第一村”，曾是八路军在华北地区抗日的主要联络点，也是冀东抗日机关的宿营地。

随着国家级生态环境综合治理工程的建设，常州村这朵后花园里的奇葩，定会绽放出更加璀璨的风采。请博友们跟随我看看这个美丽的山区小村。
