大家好！我是Cherry Dong, 于2011年加入上海希尔顿酒店，现任营收管理部副经理一职。

我最难忘的一次旅行是2010年十月与男朋友的巴厘岛之旅，选择巴厘岛是因为他是一个情侣度假圣地，岛上提供各种娱乐活动。在岛上的七天里，我们尝试了多项水上活动。比如漂流和水肺潜水。

岛上提供漂流团体游，入团后有专职教练教授基本漂流技巧，每5至6人一船。喜欢刺激的我们选择了坐在前排，近距离地感受水花。整个漂流行程从山谷的上游开始，在漂流的过程中，教练会特意制造各种刺激效果，让大家更好地体验漂流的乐趣。比如突然把船停在瀑布下，让大家全身湿透，然后把船弄翻。

水肺潜水是我们此行的亮点，在潜水之前，教练会教授简单的水下手势以便于水下沟通，学完后就可以在大海里感受各种颜色的鱼儿从你身边游过的乐趣。

最后与想去巴厘岛游玩的朋友分享一些我的旅行心得：

1> 中国公民去巴厘岛旅游是免签的，大家无需担心签证问题。

2> 在游览当地著名寺庙海神庙时，不可着装过于裸露，这样会被视为对神灵不敬。

A Vacation Story: My Bali Trip!

Hi everyone! My name is Cherry Dong and I am assistant revenue manager. I joined Hilton Shanghai in 2011.

My most memorable trip was when I went to Bali with my boyfriend in September 2010. Bali is a popular vacation destination for couples so we thought it would be a great trip for us to take! We tried many water activities during our seven-day stay on the island. For example we rafted and went scuba diving.

There are many rafting tours on the island. After joining a tour of five to six people, a professional trainer gives lessons about basic rafting skills. We thought it would be fun to sit towards the front of the raft to get more of the action! The trip starts from an upstream area of a valley. During this rafting trip, the trainer will do some things to make the journey more exciting and fun. For instance, the instructor will suddenly pull the boat under a waterfall or bring the boat closer to shore.

Scuba diving was the highlight of our trip. Before diving, a trainer will teach you some simple underwater sign language so you can communicate when underwater. It was great to see the colorful fish swimming in the water!

Here are some useful tips for those who want to visit Bali:
1> For a Chinese citizen, there is no need to apply a visa to go to Bali.
2> When visiting the famous temple Tanah Lot, dress conservatively because it is considered offensive if you dress inappropriately!
