选择正确的运动装备

本周,Helen教大家如何选择正确的运动装备!

  • 运动服

挑选健身服装时,一定要选择具有良好透气性和弹性的服饰。透气性能佳的运动服装可以防止你出汗过多。弹性好的服饰能使我们在运动中自如的伸展躯干和肢体。切忌选择纯棉或紧绷的服饰。纯棉衣物虽然吸汗很强,却无法快速挥发掉汗水。

  • 运动鞋

选择运动鞋时应选择鞋底厚度适中、柔软透气的鞋。这样可以使你在运动中保持灵活,增强稳定性。切忌选择鞋底高,厚的运动鞋,这类鞋易造成扭伤。

  • 运动手套

合适的健身手套能够有效增加握力,保护手部皮肤,还能抵抗细菌。同时也能防止手部生茧。

 

注意:若您在运动时感到不适,请马上停止!并咨询您的医生有关锻炼事宜。

This week, Helen tells us how to choose the correct gym outfit!

  • Clothing

When selecting apparel, be sure to choose sportswear with good ventilation and fabric that will keep you dry. Also, clothing with some stretch will help you move better during your workout. Cotton clothing is not a good choice because it absorbs sweat and won’t dry quickly.

  • Shoes

Choose shoes with moderate sole thickness and that are breathable to help you move better and keep you stable during exercise. Not choosing a good pair of exercise shoes may increase the chance of you hurting yourself.

  • Gloves

A pair of fitness gloves can not only help you grip better when weight lifting, but also protect your hands and help you fight germs skin. They will also help to lessen calluses!

 

Notice: Remember if at any moment you don’t feel well during your exercise, please stop. As always consult your doctor before starting any exercise.
