大家好，我是希尔顿李奥纳多餐厅的经理James Zhang，于1996年加入上海希尔顿，15年间供职过客房服务部，吧三十九和李奥纳多餐厅。这些年在希尔顿印象最深的就是他完善的培训体系，一步步把一个新兵培养成酒店精英。

旅行是我的兴趣，这些年去过世界上不少地方，但最难忘的还是2009年的澳洲行。那年9月，我代表上海希尔顿参加了为期一周的澳洲葡萄酒培训计划。一周的时间里，游览了阿德莱德和悉尼两座城市。特别是在悉尼的几天，我们一行人参观了当地的葡萄酒庄园，现场观摩了葡萄酒的生产过程，听庄主讲解了他所提倡的环保生产理念。

工作之余，我们也抽空参观了著名的悉尼歌剧院，欣赏了当地土著人的表演。这一周的行程让我体会了当地人不同的生活态度，也感受到了澳洲人的热情好客。

最后，我想跟大家分享一下澳洲旅游的心得：

1. 一些廉价航空不提供饮品，可以安检之后在超市里买点水带上飞机喝。
2. 澳洲购买商品要交购物税，买东西的时候不要只看商品的标价。
3. 阿德莱德近海有鲨鱼，不要轻易下海。悉尼近海有水母，下海要小心。
4. 一些军用港口不能随便照相，要留意指示牌。

Hi everyone! My name is James Zhang and I am the manager of Leonardo’s. I joined Hilton Shanghai in 1996. During the past 15 years, I have worked in room service, Bar 39 and Leonardo’s. The most unforgettable experience about working for Hilton is the great training that helps me to become an expert in the hospitality industry.

I have been to many places around the world because travelling is my hobby. My trip to Australia in 2009 is the most memorable one for me. In September 2009, I was chosen to participate in a one-week wine seminar in Australia on behalf of Hilton Shanghai. During this week, we stayed in Adelaide and Sydney. In Sydney, we visited the local wine estate, learned about the process of wine production and learned the concept sustainability wine production.

We also visited the Sydney Opera House and watched Aboriginal performances. I got a feel of what Australian life is like and their hospitality.

I would like to share some tips about traveling in Australia:

1. Some of the economy airlines do not offer free drinks, it is better to buy drinks after security check.
2. In Australia, people have to pay taxes when buy goods, it’s not included in the price of a good.
3. There are sharks and jellyfishes oceans! Be careful when swimming.
4. You can’t take photos of the military harbor—keep an eye out for the signs!
