日常锻炼有助于我们保持强健的体魄,而选择正确的运动衣和运动鞋能帮我们更好的达到运动效果。在阅读了一篇关于选择正确运动鞋重要性的文章后,我们请到了上海希尔顿健身房的经理Helen来跟大家分享一下如何正确的选择运动衣和运动鞋。以下是Helen对我们问题的解答。

 

  1. 我们应该如何选择运动鞋呢?                                                                                   Helen: 在跑步时必须选择缓冲效果比较好的鞋子,不可以是高跟也不可以是平底,因为这样的鞋子对我们膝盖的冲击力很大。
  2. 你所穿的是什么品牌的运动鞋?                                                                                 Helen: 建议大家选择艾斯克斯的跑步鞋,挑选鞋子的时候店员会根据你脚型的特点帮你选择合适的鞋型,跑步时就会很舒服,还能充分保护你的关节。
  3. 你所穿的是什么类型的运动衣?在哪里可以买到?                                                                  Helen: 在锻炼时应穿着舒适透气,宽松的运动服装。如T恤,背心,短裤等。这里给女生一个意见,锻炼时最好穿透气性好的运动内衣,在耐克,阿迪达斯,迪卡侬运动超市都可以买到,想锻炼的女生们赶紧去选一件吧!

Exercising is important because it is good for your health, but wearing the right shoes and clothing is just as important. We read an article about the importance of wearing the correct shoes and thought that Helen, our gym manager, would provide some great insight on the type of clothing and shoes you should wear to the gym. Here are some questions we asked Helen.

 

  1. What are the right running shoes to buy?                                                                     Helen: It’s better to choose those shoes with a strong cushioning effect, since high-heeled shoes and flat-heeled shoes may cause more wallops to your knees.
  2. Which shoes do you use?                                                                                      Helen: I recommend you to choose Asics jogging shoes, since the shop assistant will choose the shoes based on your feet shape when you shop. It guarantees you a pleasant jogging experience while your joints are well protected.
  3. What type of clothes should you wear? And where can you buy these clothes?                                    Helen: Wear loose clothes which have strong air permeability when you jog, for instance, T-shirts, vests or shots. For girls, it’s better to wear sports underwear when exercise, especially underwear with good air permeability, those underwear can be found in stores like Nike, Adidas and Decathlon. Let’s get dressed and start jogging.
