Xu Xiangshen, Chief Chef of “People on the Water” Ningbo restaurant
at Hilton Shanghai, recently is honored to receive the award as “50
Best Star Chef” in China organized by COFCO and ‘Food
& Wine’ China magazine. Chef Xu is excellent at
seafood cuisine with exquisite cooking skills and over 15-years
rich working experience.
