Mr. Xu Xiangshen, Chief Chef of “People on the Water” Ningbo restaurant at Hilton Shanghai, recently is honored to receive the award as “50 Best Star Chef” in China organized by COFCO and ‘Food & Wine’ China magazine. Chef Xu is excellent at seafood cuisine with exquisite cooking skills and over 15-years rich working experience.

近期，上海希尔顿酒店水上人家总厨徐向升大厨荣获由中粮集团与《美食与美酒》杂志共同授予的“中国最佳50名明星厨师”荣誉奖项。一直以来，徐师傅以擅长烹饪海鲜类美食，加以出众的技艺和长达15年的丰富经验博得众多赞赏。
