Shanghai is awarded the "Magazine Cover of the year
2009" at the third culinary award-giving
ceremony on Nov. 26, 2009, which was held by Grand Hotels Magazine,
popular English-speaking cooking program "You are the Chef" and
China's major web portal
style.sina.com.cn. The issue which
featured me on the cover was the 2009 October's
edition and together
I launched our new slogan: For
you, no detail is too small. Our
guest chef Kim Canteenwalla from Las Vegas is
awarded as the "Most challenged chef".
在2009年11月26日由《大酒店》杂志、《洋厨房》栏目、新浪网尚品频道联合筹办的《洋厨房》年度厨师颁奖晚会上,上海希尔顿酒店荣获数项大将。其中,由我作封面的10月刊《大酒店》杂志,荣获年度最佳封面奖。此外,来自拉斯维加斯的客座大厨Kim先生,荣获最具挑战厨师奖。
