Last night,
we were celebrating another start of the festive season at Hilton
Shanghai with the lighting of our giant X'mas tree and the launch
of our annual X'mas train charity project.
The Christmas Charity Train Project is an annual
commitment of the Hilton Shanghai to help spread Holiday cheers to
our less fortunate brothers and sisters. The proceeds of this
charity campaign help support Shanghai Sunrise in funding the
education needs of underprivileged children; and Orbis
International which assists poor people afflicted with cataract in
obtaining the necessary medical care. For the first time this year,
we are working with the Red Cross in support of “My
Dream”.
The event featured the performances from talented
sponsored kids from Shanghai sunrise together with other
highlights.

昨晚，我们在酒店大堂与众多宾客一同庆贺了希尔顿慈善小火车的启动仪式，并点亮了圣诞树。
我们的圣诞小火车是一个年度慈善项目，目的是为需要关怀的群体带去节日的问候。这个项目的捐款，将赠给“初生的太阳”慈善组织及国际奥比斯机构，为贫困学生提供教育经费，并为救助患有白内障的人接受治疗。今年，我们还将与ICS的“我的梦想”节目组合作，帮助更多孩子们圆梦。
这次的活动中，我们很高兴邀请了独具才华的受助学生，上台为我们表演节目。
