An Unforgettable Basketball Match

1. All the classes take an active part in the match including Class 13. All the players spare no efforts to win the match. How fiercely they are playing!（张园园）

2. The crazy shouting “come on!” spread far away. Having won the match, we went back to the classroom, singing and laughing all the way.（魏超）

15. The game was about to start. Two teams ran out to the floor. The referee(裁判) blew his whistle, and the game started.

During the first five minutes, the score was tied（不分胜负，平分）. From then on, the game was exciting. First one team made a basket, then the other. The people cheered, and everybody was wondering which team was going to win.

The whistle blew, and the game was over. Our team won, 42 to 18.

16. The atmosphere on the playground was like boiling water.Look! The players were ready to play. First Xu Lei got the ball. And Zhang Pengfei ran behind him. Suddenly someone blocked XL. Then XL immediately passed the ball to ZPF. ZPF caught the ball and shot it right into the basket and scored. “Cool!” All the students in our class cheered up!（徐雪金）

17. It seemed that Class22 didn’t have the confidence to win. They played absent-mindedly, thinking that if they had good luck, they might win. But to their disappointment, good luck went against them.Our class beat them easily.However,  the next day, Class 13 vs（对抗）Class2,who has advantage over us in height and is said to be the strongest one in Grade2. We might fail, but we should try hard anyhow.We had a strong belief supporting us— face out bravely despite the difficult situation. Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind on it. I hope from the bottom of my heart that the failure won’t get us down. And I have a firm belief that we can do it better next time if we have the chance.He laughs best who laughs last.（董红芹）

18. Basketball is loved by many people in our school, ranging from students all the way up to teachers, such as our English teacher, Miss Wang.There is no doubt that every teacher and every student is attracted to watch it.From the match, I find that my classmates who played in the match are very “beautiful” and they are the heroes in my heart.
