鲁煤（1923－2014），原名王夫如，河北望都人。中国现当代著名诗人、剧作家。当年胡风十分赏识鲁煤的诗情与诗才，重庆一见鲁煤则惊叹为“又一个小天才”。鲁煤1946年入华北联合大学学习。同年任华北大学文艺研究室文学组创作员。建国后，历任中央戏剧学院创作室、文化部艺术局创作室、中国剧协创作室编剧，《戏剧报》、《剧本》月刊编辑，中国戏剧出版社副总编辑、编审。著有诗集《扑火者》、《在前沿》等以及文论集、戏剧集多种。
