柯仲平（1902—1964），云南广南人。中国现当代著名诗人。1926年到上海，在创造社出版部、狂飙社出版部工作，并在建设大学任教。1937年到延安，参与倡导街头诗。曾任陕甘宁边区文化协会主任。建国后，历任西北艺术学院院长，中国作家协会副主席。柯仲平的短诗，情感真挚动人，语言朴素简明。是其重要成就之一。他还写了不少长诗、政治抒情诗和诗剧。著有诗集《从延安到北京》、《柯仲平诗文集短诗》、《柯仲平诗文集长诗》等多部。

Shanghai, in the Creation Society Publications Department,
Kuangbiao publishing department, and in the
construction of university. 1937 to Yan'an,
in advocacy street poetry. Former director of the
Shaanxi-Gansu Cultural Association. After the
founding president of Northwest College of Art, vice chairman of
the Chinese Writers Association. Ke Zhongping
short poems, sincere emotion and moving, simple
and concise language. It is one of its major
achievements. He also wrote many poem, political
lyrics and drama. The collection of poems "from Yan'an to Beijing",
"Ke Zhongping poems poetry collection", "Ke
Zhongping poem poetry collection" and
many other.
