蒋光慈（1901—1931），原名蒋如恒，又名蒋光赤，字号侠生。安徽霍邱人。中国现代著名诗人。五四运动后曾主编校刊《自由花》，积极领导芜湖地区学生运动。1921年5月至莫斯科共产主义劳动大学学习，同时开始文学创作。回国后曾任上海大学教授。1927年与阿英、孟超等人组织“太阳社”，编辑《太阳月刊》。1929年11月赴日疗养期间，主持成立太阳社东京支部。回国后与鲁迅、柔石、冯雪峰等人组成中国左翼联盟筹备小组。著有诗集《新梦》、《哀中国》、《乡情集》等及文集多部。
