骆晓戈，原名小鸽，汉，女，祖籍湖北省蕲春县。1981年毕业于湖南师范大学中文系。曾任《主人翁》杂志社、《湖南文学》杂志社编辑，湖南省作家协会专业作家，《小溪流》杂志社主编。现为湖南商学院中文系教授。1976年开始文学创作，已出版的诗歌集有：《乡村的风》、《鸽子花》、《挎空篮子的主妇》、散文集有《母亲手记》、《性别的追问》，长篇小说《长成一棵树》等多部专著。并有200多万字的短篇小说、散文、诗歌、译诗散见国内外报刊，诗歌曾被英、法、日等多种文字的域外诗选选载。
Luo Xiaoge, female, is of the
Han nationality, and originated from Qichun County of Hubei
Province. In 1981 she graduated from the Department of Chinese
Literature of Hunan Teachers University. She was once editor of
Master Magazine, and Hunan Literature Magazine. She was a
professional writer of Hunan Writers Association, chief editor of
Brook Magazine. Currently she is professor of the Department of
Chinese Literature of the College of Business of Hunan. She began
writing in 1976. Her publications of poems include: Wind in
Village, Pigeon Flower, Housewife with An Empty Basket, collections
of essays like Mother’s Notes and Inquiry of Gender, novel Grown up
to Be a Tall Tree, etc. And there are over two million of words of
short stories, essays, poems, translated poems carried in
newspapers and magazines at home and abroad. Her poems have been
translated into English, French, and Japanese in many poem
selections published abroad.
