柳倩（1911-2004），原名刘智明，四川荣县人。中国现当代著名诗人、学者、剧作家、书法家，左翼作家联盟成员。早年就读于国立成都大学，1933年参加左联。1932年与穆木天、薄风等人发起成立中国诗歌会，创办《新诗歌》杂志。1933年加入左翼作家联盟。1936年初于上海成立了歌曲作者协会。全国解放后，曾任上海诗歌工作者协会副主席、中国诗词学会顾问、中国艺术研究院院长等职。著有诗文集《生命的微痕》、《无花的春天》、《自己的歌》、《防守》、《新诗歌》、《开拓者》等多部。

Liu Qian (1911-2004), formerly known as Liu Zhiming, born in Rongxian,Sichuan province. Chinese famous modern poet, scholar, playwright, calligrapher, Left-Wing Writers Alliance. He studied at the National University in Chengdu, 1933 Leftist participate. 1932 and Mu mu-tian, Bo-feng and others to launch a poetry slam, then set up "New Poetry" magazine. 1933 joined the left-wing Writers Union. Early 1936 in Shanghai set up the Association of Songwriters. After the liberation, a former vice chairman of Shanghai Association of Poetry, Chinese Poetry Society consultant, China Art Research Institute and other staff. More than the poetry collection "Life's micro marks", "No flowers of spring", "your song” "defense", "new poetry", "pioneer" and other。
