为庆祝扬州建城2500周年，4月20日至4月30日，由扬州市文联、扬州市美协、扬州市广陵区美协共同主办的“扬州书画名家庆扬城2500年城庆书画精品展”在瘦西湖徐园展出。

本次参展的6位书画家中：杨麟、高顺康、安玉民，为扬州国画院新老三代院长，这其中，老院长杨麟和高顺康分别以山水和花鸟见长，现任院长安玉民则以人物见善；以草书闻名的徐正标现为扬州大学书画协会会长、扬州大学美术与设计学院副教授、文艺学博士；擅画大写意花鸟的刘玉海现为扬州市广陵区美术家协会主席；山水画家王庆，多年醉心于传统山水的笔墨探求，亦是本次展览的策展人。
