或许你现在已经看到过三个中国官员视察高速公路的照片(http://society.huanqiu.com/roll/2011-06/1784874.html), 同时，你或许也知道这张照片不是真的。相反，这张照片是一张从不同照片中经过加工修饰而成，只是因为感到原来照的照片不是很好，不够理想。在我们的签证处，我们也偶尔看到一些申请人递交修饰过的照片，因为他们误以为这些材料可以改善他们的申请。 然而， 给我们看你的虚假照片不仅帮不到你的申请，甚至会导致你无法获得你签证的机会。同时这些虚假的材料会影响你提供其他信息的真实性。那么，诚实就是你获取签证的最好机会，所以如果要获得签证就帮你自己一个帮吧，只携带真实的照片给我们。

By now you’ve probably seen the photo of three Chinese officials inspecting a highway (http://society.huanqiu.com/roll/2011-06/1784874.html), and you probably also know that the photo isn’t real. Instead, it is a doctored photo created from several different pictures because the original one wasn’t “good enough”.  Here at the visa section, we also come across applicants bringing in altered photographs because they mistakenly think that these materials will enhance their applications. However, giving us fake photographs not only doesn’t help your application, it can even hurt your chances of receiving a visa, since it can call into the question the authenticity of all of the other information you present. Honesty is your best chance at getting a visa, so please do yourself a favor and only bring us real photos.
