美国驻沈阳总领事馆 - 艺术比赛

美国驻沈阳总领事馆非移民签证艺术比赛是一次认可表彰东北地区中国公民艺术成就的机会，同时通过中国公民自己的理解表达签证程序的准则和完整性。本次比赛是由美国驻沈阳领事馆签证处与辽宁省，吉林省和黑龙江省外事办公室共同主办。

比赛获胜的艺术作品将展示在美国驻沈阳总领事馆签证等候大厅。

所有提交的艺术作品必须反应如下问题：

签证开启了美国之门，引领你走向何方？

美国驻沈阳总领事馆每年都签发成千上万的签证，为中国公民开启了美国之门，使你能够在美国学习、旅游和娱乐。你的签证将引领你走向何方呢？

比赛要求：所有提交的参赛作品必须在概念，设计和实施方面是原创的，而且不能违反任何美国的版权法。比赛所接受的艺术形式如下：

 绘画：油画，丙烯画，水彩，等等

 素描：蜡笔，彩色铅笔，铅笔，炭笔，油墨，彩笔

 拼贴画：必须是平面的

 版画：石版画，绢版画，木版画

 混合艺术形式：使用两种以上的艺术形式，例如：铅笔，油墨，水彩等等

 电脑制作艺术品

 摄影

参赛资格：

参赛者必须是年龄在8岁和8岁以上的中国公民。艺术作品的电子照片版必须通过电子邮件的方式于2010年9月13 日前提交。只有这样，您的作品才有资格参选。

The U.S. Consulate General Shenyang - ART COMPETITION

The U.S. Consulate General Shenyang Art Competition is an opportunity to recognize the artistic accomplishments of Chinese citizens within the Northeastern Chinese community while articulating the values and integrity of the visa process through Chinese citizens’ own interpretations.

This contest is hosted by the Consular Section of the U.S. Consulate in Shenyang China, in cooperation with the Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang Foreign Affairs Offices.

The winners of the contest will have their artwork displayed in the U.S. Consulate General Shenyang China’s Consular Waiting Room.

All submitted artwork must respond to the following question:

Visas open doors, where does yours lead?

Every year, the U.S. Consulate in Shenyang issues thousands of visas opening the door for Chinese citizens like you to study, travel and play in the United States. Where will your visa take you?

Guidelines:

All submitted entries must be original in concept, design and execution and may not violate any U.S. copyright laws. Accepted artwork mediums are as follows:

 Paintings: oil, acrylic, watercolor, etc.

 Drawings: pastel, colored pencil, pencil, charcoal, ink, marker

 Collages: must be two-dimensional

 Prints: lithographs, silkscreen, block prints

 Mixed Media: use of two or more mediums, such as pencil, ink, watercolor, etc.

 Computer-generated art

 Photography

Eligibility:

The competition is open to Chinese citizens age 8 and over. Digital photographs of the artwork must be submitted by e-mail by September 13, 2010, in order to be considered in the competition.
